We had a problem with sludge coming up through our laundry room drain. We called Carlos & Brothers the next morning (Sunday). They were at our house within 1/2 hour and pushed through a line to see if the sewer pipe was clogged. They came back the next morning and scoped the pipe and found that the pipe had collapsed. They had our concrete jack hammered out and the pipe fixed by that afternoon. A couple of days later, they came through with an inspector and promptly repaired the concrete floor. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, clear with explaining the problem, and even though it is not a cheap repair, they were fair. I would recommend Carlos and Brothers to anyone with plumbing issues. I will also be using them in the future.

Carlos and his brothers did a phenomenal job at my business I’m opening up. They were quick and persistent on getting the job done. They do a great job educating you on what the issues are. They are knowledgeable when it comes to building codes, if anyone is opening ip a business in the area.

Outstanding work.My kitchen drain and upstairs shower had clogged up completely, and I was unable to rod it out. I called in a different plumber, and he was also unable to rod it out. He recommended that I get the drain line from the kitchen replaced, and to call Carlos and Brothers to get it done.Carlos was able to come out a few days later and look it over (my situation was annoying, but not an emergency, so waiting a few days was fine with me). He gave me a good price I was happy with - higher than I was hoping it'd be, but also suggesting I do more work than I initially was aware I needed. That included changing how some pipes were routed, cutting into the main sewer pipe, and adding an extra clean out. Basically, I'd end up with a better system which should have fewer problems.I'd known for years that I'd need this pipe replaced eventually, so none of it was a surprise. This was replacing a 50+ year old galvanized pipe with new PVC.They were able to come out a day earlier than he'd initially said, started around 8:30 in the morning and worked all day until they finally wrapped up around 4:30. They kept me abreast of issues as they worked, asked for permission from me if they were doing more than they initially were planning, and were sure to let me know when I could and could not use the plumbing.It's been about a week now since the new pipes were put in and everything's working perfectly. No issues with draining, no leaks, no nothing. Everybody that came over was extremely polite, and they took great care inside - wearing booties and rolling out plastic and tarps to keep things clean.In short, it was an extremely positive experience with them - considerate plumbers, reasonable price, and fast and high quality work.Highly recommended!
